Community Model
Homes that pay you, instead of homes you pay for.
Income-integrated housing: the homes are the source of income — not as rent generators, but as producers of necessary resources. It makes a home easier to own, and the ownership is meant to be distributed across many long-term residents.
The unit is a 50'x100' plot with the same structures on every property — enough space to raise a family and live long term, large home and longhouse garage included. Stacking income, agriculture and residential into one zoning footprint justifies converting agricultural land to residential without losing agricultural capacity.
Infrastructure goes into the tunnels rather than under the roads, so nothing has to be dug up later. It can be built anywhere you can send water.
