One-on-one AI training
You bring the work you're actually doing and we go through it together until you can run it yourself. Most people don't need a course on AI in the abstract; they need to work through their own job once with someone who knows where the tool helps and where it doesn't.
Concept planning
If you have something you can't get out of your head and into a shape, this is the part I'm best at. I've taken projects in software, agriculture, festival operations, sponsorship, and infrastructure from a single sentence to a working plan with a financial model attached.
What you get
The unusual part is the range. I move between software, operations, business modelling, research and physical design without much friction, which means I can usually see the layer of a problem nobody is working on yet — and I've shipped in enough of those domains to know which ideas survive contact with a real budget.
The work is the argument. The projects are live and you can use several of them right now, the concepts are worked out in public, and the festivals are real events with real crowds and no second attempt. Use them and judge it on that.
